I am having trouble with my home work assignment. My question for you is: I am supposed to outline the premise's of each argument. But I am confused about how to locate the premise? This is my argument: since it is very nature of terrorism not only to cause immediate damage but also strike fear in the hearts of the population under attack on might say the terrorists were extraordinary sucessful.
