Take a piece of paper.
Fold it in half three times to get a pile of 8 pages. Write down the letters A-H on one side of each page. Unfold and you'll get the layout required.
If you now write on the other side of the sheet, you'll get another layout.
Note that the resulting sheet must be printed recto-verso (i.e. on both sides).
