The oxygen gas emitted from an aquatic plant during photosynthesis is collected over water at a temperature of 25 C and a total pressure of 760 torr . what is the partial pressure of the gas?

from the total pressure, I would subtract the water vapor pressure (at 25C) to get the partial pressure of O2.

Partial pressure O2 + watervapor =760torr
