I would first expand
(x-y)/(4x+3y)=6x
x-y = 24x^2 + 18xy

1 - dy/dx = 48x + 18xdy/dx + 18y
1 - 48x - 18y = dy/dx(18x + 1)

dy/dx = (1 - 48x - 18y)/(18x - 1)
