The second is correct. 35/5

The third one isn't 15 and 20.

Is 14 19/39 closer to 15?

i have a hard time with fractions. would i divide 19/39 to get .48 and round up to get .50 which would be 14 and .50 to go up to 15 and say 15/.5? thanks for your help.

You're on the right track.

However, 19/39 is still less than half.

I'd round one of these fractions up and the other down to get -- 14/1 = 14
