Are the pairs parallel, perpendicular, or neither


3x+4y=1
4x+3y=8

I say they are perpendicular

slope of first line is -3/4
slope of second is -4/3

their product is NOT equal to -1, so they are not perpendicular, and since their slopes are different, they are not parallel.
So that leaves the the "neither" option
