On a scale of 1-10, I would say it was a 7 because some parts were really hard, but I had fun too!

The hardest exercise for me to maintain for two minutes was the Plank. It hurt my arms and tummy a lot because I had to stay still.

The easiest exercise for me was the Jumping Jacks! I love jumping, and it made me feel like I was flying!

I enjoyed doing the High Knees the most because it felt like I was running super fast and I like running a lot. It made me feel strong!

The exercise I enjoyed the least was the Plank. It was hard to hold my body up, and I felt like I was going to fall over!

I really liked changing the exercises every 3 minutes! It made it fun and new each time. I would totally do something like this again in the future because it keeps me excited and my body moving!
