40 = c*a^5
1200 = c*a^9
30 = a^4
a = 2.34
40 = c (2.34)^5

40 = c*70.16
c = 0.570
y = 0.570*2.34^x
Use that to fill in the blanks.

When x = 0, y = 0.570
