Is this sentence already correct?

No we have not heard from Mrs. Whittaker since she moved to Iowa City.

I think it should be

No, we have not heard from Mrs. Whittaker since she moved to Iowa City.

I don't think that you need one before the "since". Do you?

Your correction is correct. A comma is needed after "No," and none is needed before "since."
