when I change this to the other form I get y>-2/6+(-3)but when I graph it all the points come out = to instead of > than. What am I doing wrong.

-6y < -2x + 18
y > (1/3)x - 3
So draw a "dotted" line at y = (1/3)x - 3 and shade in the region above the line.
Two "nice" points to use for your line are (0,-3) and (3, -2)
