When one molecule of glucose undergoes glycolysis, the following products are generated:
1. **2 molecules of Pyruvate**: Glucose is converted into two molecules of pyruvate.
2. **2 molecules of NADH**: During the oxidation of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P), two molecules of NAD+ are reduced to NADH.
3. **2 molecules of ATP (net gain)**: Although 4 molecules of ATP are produced during glycolysis, 2 molecules are consumed in the early steps, resulting in a net gain of 2 ATP.
In summary, from one molecule of glucose, glycolysis produces 2 pyruvate, 2 NADH, and a net gain of 2 ATP.
