The notation A’B’C’ typically refers to the image of a geometric figure after a transformation, such as a reflection, rotation, translation, or dilation. In this context, the symbols A’, B’, and C’ represent the transformed (or "image") points of the original points A, B, and C.

The notation A'B'C' is like a new name for points after they have changed because of a transformation. When we move a shape by reflecting it, rotating it, sliding it (which is called translation), or resizing it (which is called dilation), the new points are labeled with a little mark (’) next to the letters. So, A' is the new spot for point A after the change, B' is the new spot for B, and C' is the new spot for C. This helps us understand how the shape looks after we’ve done something to it!
