you have to specify domain of <variable>, and range of <variable1>.
So what are you asking?
is this
(X+2)^2 + (y+3)^2=5^2
The problem here on this circle, is that x goes from -2+-5 and y goes from -3+-5
It is not clear what is the independent and dependent variable. Frankly, I would call both of them domains.
