I need help finding imformation on what organisms have been affect in china by its co2 output from cars and coal usage...

Most of the CO2 output of China is from their coal-burning electrical power plants, not cars. In the USA, which produces a lot more CO2 than China, cars are the major contributor. All organisms will eventually be affected by the rising CO2 output and greenhouse gas levels.
