pi/5 is greater than 0 and less than pi/2. Therefore it is in the first quadrant. Quandrants are counted counterclockwise from the +x asis.
-pi/12 is less than pi/2 clockwise past the +x axis. That puts it in the fourth quadrant.
-2 is more than pi/2 but less than pi radians clockwise from the +x axis. That makes it the third quadrant.
See if you can do the other one.
