Say that amount is Q and its weight (m g) is W in kilograms
work done to lift water = W * (2*10^3 meters)
work done by pump per second = 2*10^3 Joules/second)
so if the efficiency is 100% then
W *2*10^3 = T * (2 *103 Joules/second)
So T = W in seconds
