E = 4.7*10^3 N/C
Force = Q E = 1.6*10^-19 * 4.7*10^3

work = force * distance = Force*.07 meters

potential difference = E*distance

(1/2) m v^2 = charge * potential difference, m = 9.1*10^-31 kg
