I believe the two numbers would have to be the same distance from 90 on either side.
Like 89 90 91 . 90 is the median
Like 89.5 90 90.5 . 90 is still the median
Like 89 90 91 . 90 is the median

Since the median is the 50th percentile, <I>any</I> two scores — one above the median and one below — can be added without changing the median (e.g., 5 and 105).

Yes. Because if you add the two numbers on to the table the number woudn't change one bit. That is why I think it would stay the same
