what are the ordered pairs for the function

f(x)= 5- 4x, if the values of x are between -2 and 4

1 answer

If you allow x values that are not integers, there are an infinite number of [x, f(x)] ordered pairs between -2 and 4.

One of the pairs would be (0,5), which you get when x = 0. I am sure you can think of others. Try x = 1 and x = -1/4.
