how do you solve this problem???

Write each rational number in the form a/b where a and b are both integers and b is not equal to zero...

Ex: -2.3 would it be -2 3/10???

O sorry....

I just realized it has to be in the form a/b.

Chenge (-2 3/10) to an improper fraction to do so.

(-2*10 + 3) / 10 = -17/10

I think -17/10 is your answer!
