I am so glad that you are not sleep-deprived, it sounds like you have it all figured out to get the sleep that you need. We all need good sleep hygiene. We should do the same thing every night before going to bed. This will get our bodies prepared to go to sleep. For me personally, I take a hot bath, brush my teeth, and then listen to music. Once this process starts, I know it is time to go to sleep,
