If I divide 28x^3-30x^2-67x-21 BY 7x+3...will I get 4x^2-10x-21? THEN 28x^3-30x^2-21THEN 14x^2-15x^2-21????

ok, so by the website, I am supposed to do this:

28x^3-30x^2-67x-21 / 7x+3 and I got x^2-3x+8
is that right??
