Question

I am also not 100% sure about the following question...

a dipole and a point charge at close proximity
a)always repel each other
b)always attract each other
c) never interact electrically
d) attract or repel eachother based on the location of the point charge relative to the dipole axis.

i think the answer is c or d but im not sure...any help is greatly appreciated.

based on the other question I asked the answer for this question would have to be d) as "a dipole exerts a larger force on a point charge than on another dipole the same distance"
