Two Questions: If it takes Jupiter 9.9 hours to make one rotation around the earth. This means that one day on Jupiter is actually how long? This is as many as how many Earth days?

Jupiter makes a rotation around Earth? Since when? Here in Texas, I haven't noticed it.
An Earth day is 24 hours, because it rotates on its own axis once each 24 hours. So how long now is a day on Jupiter?
