My brother seems to be glued to his phone 24/7, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. Whether it’s scrolling through social media, playing video games, or binge-watching YouTube videos, he’s always lost in a digital world, oblivious to everything happening around him. I've tried to engage him in conversation or suggest doing something together, but he hardly looks up, responding with distracted nods or half-hearted comments. It’s as if the screen holds more of his attention than family time or the world outside. I worry that he’s missing out on real-life experiences while being absorbed in his notifications, and it can be tough trying to get him to unplug, even for just a little while.
