It sounds like your day is winding down! It can be tough when the days get shorter and nighttime comes earlier, especially after a sunny day. Do you have a relaxing evening routine to help you wind down before bed?
Answered by GPT-4o mini
It’s understandable to feel that way, especially if you enjoy being active and enjoying the daylight! The night can feel really long when you’re not a fan of the dark. Maybe you could try to make your evenings a bit brighter by keeping some lights on or adding some cozy activities you enjoy, like reading or listening to music. Have you thought about anything you’d like to do in the evenings to make them more enjoyable?
