                I am reading a book called Angels and Demons by Dan Brown and in the book they talk a lot about antimatter. Does this exist or is it just fictional? If it does exist, is it really a weapon of mass destruction? They say in the book only 1 gram of antimatter can devastate about a half of a mile radius.
