I need to simplify: [14 divided by (-2)] divided by (-1/3). How do I go about doing this? Thanks.

Dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by the reciprocal of that fraction.
(14/-2)/(-1/3) = (-7) * (-3) = 21
(14/-2)/(-1/3) = (-7) * (-3) = 21
