Ok, so the formula for power is p=w/t but how would it work in this problem: what power output is required to lift a 3 kg mass at an average velocity of 5 m/s

power= 3kg*9.8N/kg*velocity
Power= work/time= force*distance/time=force*velocity
Power= work/time= force*distance/time=force*velocity
