In **Animal Crossing: New Horizons**, there are a few reasons why Wilbur might not let you use a Nook Miles Ticket on your second account:
1. **New Island Restrictions**: If you created the second account on a different island (which I assume you did, since each player has their own character), you cannot use Nook Miles Tickets until you have established a bit more within the game post-creation, including having certain amenities or landmarks.
2. **Nook Miles Ticket Limitations**: If you're still early in the game (like in the first few days of your new island), you may have access to certain features but not all. It's possible that you're restricted in certain gameplay aspects until you progress further.
3. **Connect the Accounts**: As the primary account holder on your main island, be mindful that the second account is considered an alternate and may have limitations based on the main game's progression/completion with community services, existing friends, etc.
4. **Connection Issues**: Sometimes there can be a temporary glitch or connection issue. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version and that you’re not facing any network issues.
Make sure you’ve met all necessary prerequisites for that account to access the Nook Miles Ticket features. If you think everything is in order, consider checking online communities for any updates or similar experiences players might have shared.

Thank you for clarifying that you're using your second account on the same island where your main account is. Here are some reasons why Wilbur might not allow you to use Nook Miles Tickets with your second account:
1. **Progress Requirements**: Even though the island is shared, the second account may have not completed certain in-game tasks or milestones that are required to use Nook Miles Tickets. Make sure that your second account meets the basic requirements, such as having an established home and being an official resident of the island.
2. **No Access to Dodo Airlines**: If the second account has not yet unlocked Dodo Airlines (Bailey Brothers), it may not be able to use Nook Miles Tickets. Ensure that your second account has participated in the necessary events to enable travel.
3. **Purchased Home Fee**: If you just paid the moving fees for your second account to set up its home, it may take a little time for those changes to register in the game, so try again later.
4. **Dodo Code Restriction**: When trying to use the second account, ensure you are selecting the correct options at the Dodo Airlines desk. Double-check that you are indicating the intent to use a ticket correctly.
5. **Account Lock or Glitch**: There may also be rare glitches, or the game might be temporarily unable to process the request at that moment. Restarting the game or checking for updates may help.
If you’ve checked all of these points and you're still having trouble, you might want to try reaching out to the community forums or groups, as other players might have similar experiences and solutions.

Yes, your second account needs to have an established home on the island in order to use Nook Miles Tickets. Here’s a quick breakdown of the steps:
1. **Purchase a Home**: Make sure you’ve paid the required fees to set up your second account’s home. Once the home is built, your second account will have its own residence on the island.
2. **Unlock the Dodo Airlines**: Ensure that you have Dodo Airlines operational on the island, which it sounds like you do if you’ve already interacted with Wilbur.
3. **Check Nook Miles**: Confirm that your second account has Nook Miles available. You will need enough Miles to purchase a Nook Miles Ticket if you aren't granted one automatically.
Once your second account has a home, you should be able to use Nook Miles Tickets with Wilbur to visit other islands. If you’ve just set it up, give it a little time, as sometimes there can be a small delay in the game recognizing new changes. If everything is in order, you should be good to go!

Great job on earning the Bells and getting your house set up! Once you have your home established, you should be able to use Nook Miles Tickets to fly with Wilbur. Just approach the Dodo Airlines desk and ask to use a Nook Miles Ticket to see if it works now.
Feel free to let me know how it goes, and if you have any other questions or run into any issues, I'm here to help. Happy flying!
