I have to follow a diet that my teacher wants me to do for a challenge. Is smoked black forest ham considered a luncheon meat? The questions don't stop there. And are tortilla chips made with white, refined flour?

Ham is a very fatty meat to be on a diet with. Yes, consider it a fatty luncheon meat.
Tortilla chips are normally made with corn flour, but they can include white flour. Her in Texas, one would gag on such a chip, but in the North, Yankees don't know the difference. Have you read the nutrition label on the chips?

It's actually pre-cut and packaged black forest ham. Is that still luncheon meat?
