set t = 10 (time from 1998 to 2008)
P(10) = 80(.98)^10
= 65
P(10) = 80(.98)^10
= 65

well this is how i think u do it
since t at the starting is 1998, take that as basically = 0. from there subtract 1998 from 2008 to get ur value for t. one u have that solve for p
