1) Total amount one should pay for a meal costing x dollars on the menu, when there is 9% sales tax that must be added, and a 15% tip should be added on top of that subtotal.

f(x) = 1.09x /menu price + 9% tax
g(x) = 1.15x /15% tip
h(x) = f(g(x)) /the two combined



2. Distance traveled, in feet, in a car going 60 mph (1 mile per minute), for t minutes.
