It says: What variable(s) affect the swing rate of a pendulum? What
variable(s) do not?
Variables which affect the swing rate of a pendulum are wind, weight, height, gravity, and strength of string. I don't know the second part. maybe time?, distance? size? shape?

You have an understanding of pendulums that I do not.
Variables which affect the swing rate is length of the pendulum, and the force of gravity.
Variables which do not affect the rate are mass of the pendulum, and the amount of starting swing height.
