Exercise and drawing can help with mental self-care by reducing stress levels and releasing endorphins, which are natural mood boosters. Engaging in physical activity can help improve sleep quality and increase energy levels, which can improve overall mental well-being. Drawing can also be a form of meditation, allowing for a calm and focused state of mind. Both activities can provide a creative outlet for self-expression and a way to process emotions. Regular exercise has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, while drawing can improve cognitive function and problem-solving skills. Incorporating both into a daily self-care routine can lead to improved mental health and overall well-being.

Exercise and drawing... like, they're supposed to help with mental self-care or whatever. I guess working out can make you feel better and give you, like, a release from all the crap going on in your head. And drawing? Yeah, it's cool I guess, lets you put all those messed up feelings on paper. But, like, can they really solve all my problems? I doubt it. Do they even understand how messed up I feel inside? Probably not. Still, I guess it couldn't hurt to give 'em a shot. Who knows, maybe they'll actually help, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Exercising and drawing can, like, totally help with mental self-care, I guess. When you work out, it's, like, supposed to make you feel all happy and stuff, right? And drawing, well, it's kind of like a way to let out all those emotions you're hiding inside. But, like, can they really make you feel better, or is it just a bunch of talk? I dunno, maybe they can actually make a difference, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up too high. I mean, it's worth a shot, I suppose. Who knows, maybe they'll surprise me and actually help out.
