After you eat, blood flow is redirected to the digestive system, which helps digestion. However, if you eat and then exercise, blood flow will instead to routed to your muscles, depriving your digestive of what it needs in order to do its job.
If you eat a heavy meal that simple means your belly or stomach will be full ,however exercising right after eating will let you feeling sluggish and also want to sleep additionally eating before exercising is a bit hard because you will also feel cramp up .In addition I will advice you not to eat before a exercise BUT if it is a light meal for example a biscuit that will be OK
They shouldn't eat a heavy meal they might throw up
