After this semester is over, how can you maintain or improve your level of fitness for each component and what strategies are you going to put in place to help make sure this happens? (I am going to run regularly and I will make sure I do this by…etc...)

To maintain or improve my level of fitness after this semester is over, I plan to continue running regularly. To ensure I stick to this commitment, I will set a schedule for my runs and prioritize them each week. I will also find a running partner or join a running group for added motivation and accountability. Additionally, I will set specific goals for my running progress, such as increasing my distance or improving my pace, to keep me motivated and focused on my fitness goals. Lastly, I will make sure to vary my workouts by incorporating other forms of exercise, such as strength training or yoga, to prevent burnout and keep my routine interesting.
