I'm a freshman in high school y'all,
With a GPA of four point o,
Even through trials and tribulations,
My grandfather not well, oh no.

But God is still on my side,
Guiding me through each day,
Giving me strength and courage,
To keep pushing forward, come what may.

I'll study hard and persevere,
With faith and determination,
Knowing that with God by my side,
I can handle any situation.

So I'll continue to strive and excel,
In my academics and in life,
For I am a freshman in high school y'all,
And with God, I'll conquer any strife.
