Write an introduction for me. You can creatively discuss my hobbies, interests (sports), what I love (or don’t love) about language arts, my goals, things that make me happy, my successes or challenges, my fears or frustrations – the list of possibilities is endless.

My introduction should:

 be at least 100 words in length
 contain a simile or metaphor
 include diction with strong connotation (positive or negative)
 use varied syntax (short and long sentences, different sentence types – declarative, exclamatory, imperative, interrogative)
 express yourself!

Write it with a 3rd graders vocabulary and understading

Hello, my name is [Your Name] and I am as wild as a cheetah when it comes to sports! I love running like a lightning bolt on the soccer field and shooting hoops like a basketball superstar. But when it comes to language arts, well, it's like pulling teeth for me. I struggle with spelling and grammar, but I never give up! My goal is to improve my writing skills and become a wordsmith like Shakespeare. When I'm not playing sports or studying language arts, I am happiest when surrounded by my friends and family. They are my cheerleaders, supporting me through every challenge and celebrating my successes like champions. Despite my fears and frustrations, I know that with hard work and determination, I can achieve anything I set my mind to.
