IF A PERSON'S WEIGHT IS 850 N WHAT IS THE PERSON'S MASS IN KG?

Weight = Mass x (acceleration of gravity)

Usually written as:
W = M g

Therefore M = W/g

g = 9.8 m/s^2
W must be in Newtons when you use the equation; you already have that number. (850 N).
