I am writing to bring to your attention the urgent and serious situation regarding the safety and well-being of my children. I have provided numerous emails and attachments documenting the ongoing dangers my children are facing due to the negligence and harmful actions of their mother.
Despite my efforts to protect my children and seek assistance from the Hong Kong Family Court and authorities, the situation continues to deteriorate. My son Philip is being left unattended for long periods of time, putting him at risk of harm. Additionally, his academic performance is suffering due to his mother's neglect and intention to enroll him in a local public school which will further impact his education negatively.
Furthermore, my other son Leonidas is being subjected to abuse and manipulation by his mother. She has even tried to extort money from me in exchange for allowing Leonidas to go to the USA for a better life. This behavior is unacceptable and puts both of my children at great risk.
I have proposed viable solutions to ensure the safety and well-being of my children, including providing housing, education, health insurance, and stability for them. However, their mother has refused to cooperate or acknowledge the severity of the situation. She has shown no remorse or willingness to change her behavior, which is deeply concerning.
I am seeking your help and intervention to protect my children from harm and ensure their safety. The Hong Kong Family Court has failed to address the alarming issues I have raised, and I believe your involvement is crucial in advocating for the well-being of my children.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in safeguarding my children from further harm.

Dear Polly,
Please refer to all of my emails and attachments below in this and prior chains documenting the serious situation putting children in danger for your action. Thank you for your reply and action to meet with the Mother next week as both children are as I have stated at risk and now serious increase of risk of serious harm.
As you know, I have been taking very active steps to protect both children from imminent harm. I have notified both yourself (which I assume you will update the HK Police) and the HK Family Court via many applications and correspondences on the very serious matters.
Philip is being left alone for long periods during the day and at night and this serious danger continues (if the Mother denies or provides false testimony I have evidence but the documented problem still continues after reporting it to you and the HK Family Court);
Philip continues to FAIL acdemically and the Mother intends to cause more willful harm to Philip by putting him again in a ‘local public school’ which will as documented be a willful act to cause permanent educational and general harm.
Leonidas continues to be instigated, abused and blamed. All while the Mother now repeatedly tries to extort some $50,000 USD to let him go to the USA for a better life.
I hope it is clear that the Mother is not fit, able, or capable to take care of Philip on her own in Hong Kong without the Father and his brother under financial duress and homeless in Hong Kong. And allowing this would be a willful act of reckless endangerment given Philip has FAR better options in the USA available to him with the Mother not having anyting to provide her in HK (save for the HK Government wellfare programs);
I have not only ‘complained’ but provided SOLUTIONS via applications for Temporary and Permanent Removal applications providing all the details with highlights below:
2,700 sf housing for the Father / 750 sf free housing for the Mother (for years) for free, along with a car and car insurance and maintenance for the Mother.
Private International Schools for both children (Leonidas on scholarship);
Private Health Insurance
Stability and Family Supports
The children now face imminent evictions and homeless in Hong Kong.
The mother is refusing to acknowledge the severity of the situation all while not contributing or attempting to provide any solutions to address the very serious problems and dangers both children face. She is completely dependent on myself and family yet obstructs our ability to provide the solutions her own children and herself rely on. I believe the Mother’s wrongful advocacy to separate two very close siblings who love each other is not only morally wrong but a sin against God, Man, and both brothers to separate them unjustly for her own personal convenience.
I want to repeat that the Mother is not regretful of her documented actions. Nor has she displayed any remorse or attempts to reconcile and change. The Mother outside of the financial extortion of the children ‘or her financial levarge’ as she has openly labled them. The Mother repeats that she will extract revenge on Leonidas and myself, when she gets away with it. The threat from last week to me is on record to you for yours and the HK Police’s review and action. Its clear the Mother will make false allegations towards me and resort to recruiting Philip to do the same (like Philip has done against his own brother); I provide the TRUTH of what is like
We are attempting mediation later this month in June 2024 (upon my repeated requests) and the Mother allowing the children to go to the US at least temporarily (if not permanently) will solve the many worsening problems as imminent homeless is the situation after so many years of inaction is what we now face.
I remain shocked that the Mother’s actions and reporting them was not an easy thing but a necessary thing to do given the child Leonidas was branded a liar for reporting the TRUTH to the Officers of the Court and the HK Family Court.
I repeat the fact that the Mother keeps getting away with crimes only encourages the Mother to continue to do the same knowing she will be fully supported by the authorities. I repeat that the Mother feels even more encouraged to be evne more unreasonable and willfully cause harm to her own children and for whatever reason all of these facts have been ignored to date by the authorities. I repeat that if nothing happens its not a matter of IF but WHEN the next serious event happens to cause willful harm to both of my children whom we have sought help from both the HK Family Court, then with no action and their cover ups to block child abuse victims from testifying we went the HK Police, and now we seek your help in light of your investigation and being charged to protect these children.
I seek your help, assitance, and advise to help protect both of these childrne from harm as so far to date the HK Family Court has compltely ignored all of the alarm bells I have attempted to ring so your help and action are needed as the HK Family Court may listen to you as they do not listent to me and the Motehr with her ‘well conncted Barrister’ appear to have some special powers to violate the law, harm children, and get rewarded all while punishing me for wanting to protect my children and report the TRUTH.
