You can go to google and type in free homework help and get bunches of hits. In spite of the subject line, some of those listed charge for their services, some cover just a subject or two, and some are not very active.
Some just have stuff to read or search engines that are advertised as safe for kids. You could check to see if your library offers free online help from Tutor.com.
