We can use websites to express ourselves by creating personalized content that reflects our interests, hobbies, and beliefs. My own website will be special to me because I can showcase my artwork, share my writing, and connect with others who have similar passions. On the other hand, my neighbor's site may be special to them because they can share their photography, promote their music, and document their travel adventures. One thing I'd still like to learn how to do in HTML or CSS is to create interactive elements like animations or interactive forms.
