Density

Density is a measure of how tightly packed the molecules are in a substance. It is calculated by dividing the mass of an object by its volume. The higher the density, the more molecules are packed closely together. Density is commonly expressed in units such as grams per cubic centimeter (g/cm^3) or kilograms per liter (kg/L).
