At the beginning of the year, most of you (who were students at that time) wrote me a letter of introduction. As the year comes to a close, I would like you to take some time to reflect on the year. You can write a letter to me about anything you would like related to your year at TECCA.

Feel free to share anything you want, but here are some ideas you could include:

Your favorite (or least favorite) lesson/unit/activity
A memory you have from Live Lessons that has stuck with you
Something you achieved this year that has made you proud
Advice for students who will be in this class next year

See SOURCE THREE Below for My Letter to YOU :)

SOURCE FOUR has your Words of the Day for Thursday and Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: You will submit your writing for a grade in Connexus on 5/28.

Dear Teacher,

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my year at TECCA, specifically in regards to math.

Math has always been a subject that I struggle with, but this year it felt especially difficult. The concepts seemed more challenging and I often found myself feeling frustrated and overwhelmed during lessons. I remember spending hours trying to understand a single problem, only to feel defeated when I still couldn't figure it out.

Despite my struggles, I want to acknowledge that I didn't give up. I kept pushing myself to keep trying, even when it felt like I was banging my head against a wall. And eventually, with help from my teachers and classmates, I started to see some improvement. I may not have become a math genius overnight, but I made progress and that's something I'm proud of.

For students who will be in this class next year, my advice would be to not be afraid to ask for help. Don't suffer in silence like I did for a while. Your teachers are there to support you and guide you through the tough stuff. And remember, it's okay to struggle. It's all part of the learning process.

Thank you for all your support and guidance throughout this year. I appreciate all that you do to help us succeed.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
