Find the direction of the vector represented by the following pair of components: Ax= -3.15 m, Ay= 6.85 m. Find theta measured from the +x direction

I don't know where to begin on this, could anyone guide me or give me steps?

tangent of angle from x axis = Ay/Ax
It is in the second quadrant because x component is negative and y component is positive.
so
180 - arc tan (6.85/3.15)

I get 180 - 65.3
