Dear XYZ,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to discuss the current matter at hand regarding the Father's recent application for HKLA. I was informed by the HK Family Court today that proceedings have been stayed pending the HKLA application.

Given the circumstances, I believe that both parties have an opportunity to reach a settlement through mutual consent. It is in the best interest of all parties involved to settle all matters through mediation or direct dialogue.

I refer to your letter dated XXX and the Father's letter dated XXX expressing a willingness to resolve towards a full and final settlement. I propose that we work towards a global full and final settlement and notify the HK Family Court with a formal Mediation Certificate in order to stay all proceedings and pending judgments.

I am available for mediation on the following dates: XX, XX, XX, XX, XX. It is my belief that through open communication and cooperation, we can reach a swift and amicable resolution that prioritizes the wellbeing and best interests of the children involved.

Please let me know if the above proposal is acceptable to you and what the next steps would be moving forward.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,
George
