find the midrange of these:

1.5, 2.5, 3.0, 1.0, 1.4, 3.5, 1.8, 1.8, 3.3, 2.2, 2.8, 1.8

I thought you take the highest - the lowest and then divide by 2, but the answer I get is not one of the choices.

Show me the formuula please? Thanks!
