How many cards are drawn? Are the cards replaced following each draw?
If only two cards are drawn and the cards are not replaced, there is a 1/4 chance the first card is a spade and a 13/51 chance the second is a heart. The probability of both happening is
1/4 x 13/51 = 13/202.
There is an equal probability that a heart is drawn first and a spade second.
The total probability of one or the other is therefore 13/101 = 0.1287
If the first card drawn is replaced in the deck, the total probability becomes 1/8 = 0.1250
