Question

i need to design an energy saving building ive chosen to design an energy saving hotel.

i can`t think of what to do .
ive thought of lights that go off when you leave the room.
water tub to collect rain water and to use to water the grounds of the hotel.
any ideas or links would be very helpful.:)

hot water
air conditioning
heating
